Guests are welcomed into an intimate and sophisticated space, which reflects the character and aesthetics of Lanthia, from the teak furnishings designed by the architect Luca Mereu and created by Sardinian craftsmen in perpetual dialogue with nature and local traditions.
The catch of the day and the meat of local farmers are cooked with skill and simplicity, such as fish with aromatic herbs and citrus, celery “bottarga” salad and buffalo mozzarella, lamb with glazed vegetables and cream of smoked aubergines. Also available to guests is a list of signature cocktails and special wines, such as the “home” productions of Vermentino and Cannnonau, grown and produced in the hinterland hills.
