Guests are welcomed into an intimate and sophisticated space, which reflects the character and aesthetics of Lanthia, from the teak furnishings designed by the architect Luca Mereu and created by Sardinian craftsmen in perpetual dialogue with nature and local traditions.
The catch of the day and the meats from local farmers are cooked with skill and simplicity, such as fish with citrus fruits and aromatic herbs, “bottarga” salad with celery and buffalo mozzarella, grilled meat with seasonal vegetables. Also available to guests is a section dedicated to traditional Italian dishes called “The Art of Sharing Food” where guests can choose dishes to share with all table guests.
